Whenever glass gets broken, the GGF Emergency Service is there to make sure that all making safe and replacement glazing is done to recognised standards by reputable firms.
The service was launched in 1995 with the help of the City of London Police. It followed the 1993 Bishopsgate bombing, which highlighted the need for a list of reputable emergency glaziers. Today the GGF Emergency Service and it Members are trusted by police forces, local authorities and many other commercial and domestic customers nationwide to handle their boarding up and replacement needs.
