Which FENSA installer will hit the 13 million mark?

FENSA is excited to announce it expects the 13 millionth installation to be registered through its self-certification scheme within the next few weeks. In addition to celebrating this incredible milestone, FENSA plans to salute its 13 millionth installer – could your next job be the lucky installation?

FENSA enables its members to self-certify compliance under the Building Regulations, saving homeowners time and money. Since being founded at the request of Government in 2002, the GGF Group company has become the largest and longest serving Competent Person Scheme in the fenestration industry – nearly half of all households in England and Wales have used a FENSA Member to install their windows and doors.

Rachel Culpan, Customer Services Manager for FENSA, says the upcoming milestone is a very exciting time for the FENSA team: “We can’t wait to find out which FENSA Member will complete the 13 millionth installation. We’ll be celebrating with a glass of champagne and by shining a spotlight on the lucky installer, both to highlight their role in getting us past the 13 million mark and to symbolically acknowledge the great work done every day by all FENSA Members.”

In April this year the company celebrated its sweet 16th anniversary and its status as one of the most trusted brands for homeowners replacing their windows and doors.

Chris Beedel, FENSA Director of Membership, sees both events as opportunities to reflect on the company’s stature in the replacement window and door industry:

“We are looking forward to reaching the landmark 13 millionth installation in the next few weeks. It will mark our success over the last sixteen years and show that FENSA is the scheme of choice for installers and homeowners.”
