Part 4. Supporting Evidence

Before the Membership and Review Committee will consider your complaint the GGF requires that your company provides a minimum of two pieces of evidence. One from yourself, and one piece of corroborating evidence from a company, consultant and/or customer/consumer of the member you are complaining about.

Section 4: Lodging your Complaint

• Once you have lodged your complaint, the GGF will provide acknowledgment of within 7 days and will advise you ASAP after a summary of your complaint and supporting evidence is circulated by private email to the members of the M&RC to ascertain if those members think there is sufficient evidence to merit a more detailed discussion of the matter at their next full meeting. The M&RC will respond to the complainant within 28 days of the date of the M&RC meeting at which their complaint was discussed by the committee.
