Boutique Glass Company, Reveal Ltd, Celebrate their 10th Anniversary
Leeds-based Reveal Ltd were originally established in 2013 as a glazing installer, before investing in a manufacturing facility in 2015.
The company now works across Yorkshire on a range of domestic and commercial projects for homeowners, architects and builders.
From their offices and factory in Pudsey, Reveal designs, manufactures and installs its own brand of aluminium and alu-clad timber windows, bi-folding doors and sliding doors.

In 2019, the company launched a new arm to its business, Solarlux by Reveal, adding bespoke glass extensions, glass rooms and super-sized sliding doors to its offering after becoming a partner of the premium German manufacturer Solarlux.
Director David Weaver said: “Being a manufacturer as well as a designer and installer has given us a totally different edge to many of our competitors. Combined with our partnership with Solarlux, we are now able to fulfil all the glazing requirements on a range of projects, including bespoke architectural schemes.”
Alongside a steady rise in demand for bespoke glass structures such as winter garden glass extensions and glass rooms, Mr Weaver said there was also a growing market for glazing with low U values and other sustainable features. He said: “With the UK construction industry moving towards more eco-conscious buildings and passive house design, architects and homeowners are increasingly recognising the benefits that high quality glazing solutions can bring.”
Reveal evolved from Mr Weaver’s personal experience of finding windows and bi-folding doors for his own home. An electrical mechanical engineer by trade with experience in construction and glazing, he had been surprised by the poor service and inaccurate quotes he received and felt there was an opportunity to offer something better.
Mr Weaver attributed Reveal’s success to many factors, including its core values of honesty, integrity, continual improvement and getting the job right for every customer. And, as members of the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF), the company also fully investigates any concerns raised by customers and works together with its supply chain partners to eliminate any ongoing issues.
One of the biggest challenges, said Mr Weaver, is the lack of formal training for those entering the fenestration industry. Reveal has spent nearly four years creating its own apprentice training course to equip new starters with the skills and knowledge they need to carry out high quality work.
Mr Weaver added: “We’ve built a really good reputation for our focus on detail, planning and outstanding customer service, combined with the construction and technical expertise of our team.
“We’re proud to be among just a handful of aluminium and alu-clad timber windows and doors companies in Yorkshire who have maintained and grown their business over the last decade.”
