John Mannell, GGF Training Manager and Technical Officer, is dedicated to enhancing access to quality learning and development opportunities within our sector. He ensures alignment with industry requirements and the long-term vision of enabling companies to evaluate performance, identify training needs, and enhance organizational effectiveness." 
Sam Davies, FENSA Technical Manager, has 20+ years in the industry, covering roles from installer to contracts manager. At FENSA, he handles building regulations, inspections, competence, and complaints. He is passionate about improving industry standards, reputation, and performance 
Guy Hobson, Senior Recruitment Consultant at Chase Taylor Recruitment, leverages 10 years in the glazing industry to attract and retain talent, with expertise in extrusion, materials, fabrication, and installation. 
Lee Galley, RISA Technical Manager, heads the RISA independent inspections department. With 37 years in the industry, starting as a fitter's mate, Lee joined RISA at its inception in 2016. His role focuses on Expert Witness reporting and dispute investigations for Installation Companies, Homeowners, and other stakeholders, providing unique insights into the causes and prevention of disputes. 
Johnathan Dudley, Partner and Head of Manufacturing Midlands at Crowe UK, leads the firm’s Manufacturing Business group and Network. He is National Head of Corporate SME Business and serves on the Crowe UK Supervisory Board. Johnathan also sits on the ICAEW West Midlands Regional Strategy Board and is an Ambassador for Birmingham City University Business School and Acorns Children’s Hospice. 
Nick Caddy, Managing Director of Adverto Media, leads a digital marketing agency specializing in supporting double glazing installation companies in the UK.
