Health and Safety: First Aid Podcasts – Now Available

When it comes to selecting a First Aid training provider there are hundreds of options available on the internet and via other channels. There’s basic first aid for water sports, offices, nurseries, sports facilities, construction sites. The list seems endless so how do you decide what is best for your company and your working environment?

To help its Members, the GGF has now made the decision on First Aid easier for you, by publishing three short 10 minute podcasts where Phil Pinnington, GGF Director of Health and Safety is in discussion with Richard Carter, an experienced emergency responder and trainer with over 15 years in the front line, dealing with emergencies.

Within these podcasts, Phil asks Richard what advantages there are to having more employees trained with First Aid skills and knowledge on how to deal with emergency situations. The podcasts also help clear up some of the myths surrounding the liabilities and responsibilities of those trained.
