Crystal Clear was founded in 1999 by James Mizen and Tony Fox, who were determined to offer their customers high quality products and the highest standards of customer care.

“Tony and I had both worked in the home improvement industry since our first jobs as production manager and carpenter respectively and started the company after spotting a gap in the market for a Bristol-based windows, doors and double glazing company that could supply and fit the very best products with a focus on customer care and a professional service for every project, large or small. “

2013 was a year of expansion and change, with Tony retiring from the business and Crystal Clear moving some of the team into the premises next door and extending the showroom in the existing building. In addition to the larger doors and windows showroom, the company has become even more of a family business, with eight members of the Mizen family now part of the Crystal Clear team.

Our repeat business, referrals and recommendations are a crucial part of our company’s success and our employees strive to maintain this.
