New Consultations

As part of the overall initiative for the UK’s drive and commitment to Net Zero by 2045, the Scottish Government have published a consultation document entitled Scottish Building Regulations – Energy Standards and associated topics. As well as proposals for energy saving, the document also covers related topics such as ventilation and overheating. The consultation closes on the 15^th October 2021. Members will be aware of the importance placed on both PAS2030 and PAS2035 for acceptance onto the Green Homes Grant scheme earlier in the year. Both documents have now had amendments added (+A1) and are out for public comments. Please note that comments are only for the amendments and not for the full documents. The closing date for both is the 6^th September 2021.
